Before you come

Usually 2-7 days of sexual abstinence before collection, according to laboratory instructions. Avoid lubricants or condoms unless specifically permitted. Collect the complete sample in the provided sterile container.

Laboratory: general preparation

Bring your doctor's prescription if available. Carry previous laboratory reports when relevant. Inform the laboratory about current medications and supplements. Follow fasting requirements only when specifically instructed. Drink water normally unless otherwise instructed. Provide accurate patient and clinical information.
