A female radiologist is on duty 9 AM to 5 PM and a male radiologist 6 PM to 9 PM, Monday to Saturday. There is no radiologist on Sunday. TIFFA and TVS scans are done by the female radiologist, so those need a weekday slot before 5 PM.
Reports are released to the patient portal and on WhatsApp once a pathologist or radiologist has verified them. Urgent X-ray takes 15 minutes, CT 2 hours, MRI 4 hours, and routine lab tests 24 hours. Sign in with the mobile number you booked with.
Every price is on this site. Choose your centre at the top of the page and the prices change to match it — MRI Brain is ₹7,000 in Hyderabad and ₹5,000 in Kakinada, for example.

Yes — ask at the centre when your scan is done. If a CD does not open or films are missing, call 040 48849999 and the branch will arrange a copy.
Yes. A MedQuest phlebotomist collects at your address across Hyderabad, Kakinada and Bhimavaram — our own staff, not an agency. The sample reaches the lab the same day and routine reports follow within 24 hours.
Lipid profile and fasting glucose need 8 to 12 hours of fasting — water is fine. CBC, thyroid profile and HbA1c do not require fasting.
CT and MRI scanning runs 24 hours at Madinaguda and LB Nagar. The other five centres close at 10 PM. Please call before travelling at night and we will confirm the scan is ready for you.
Hyderabad centres open 7 AM to 10 PM. Kakinada and Bhimavaram open earlier, at 6 AM, and close at 10 PM. Each centre's hours are shown next to its name in the Centres section.
Our laboratory at Madinaguda is NABL accredited for medical testing, to ISO 15189:2022, under certificate NABLM1026TS10585. Gachibowli, LB Nagar and Mehdipatnam are NABL-recognised sample collection centres. Imaging services and other centres are outside this accreditation. MedQuest is also ISO certified and ICMR registered under MEDDIAPLHT.
