This policy explains when a refund is available for a test or procedure booked with MedQuest Diagnostics, and when a bill can be cancelled.
What you are entitled to depends on how far the test has progressed, not on how long ago you booked.

Bill cancellation: only for duplicate billing — two bills generated by mistake for the same patient and the same case.
