Before you come
No fasting. Avoid applying heavy creams or oils to the chest. Wear clothing that allows access to the chest.
Cardiology: general preparation
Bring your doctor's prescription or referral. Carry previous ECG, Echo or TMT reports if available. Inform staff about current medications and known cardiac conditions. Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid heavy meals immediately before cardiac tests unless instructed otherwise. Follow medication instructions provided by your doctor or centre.
